After years and years of trying to climb as hard as possible, we realized that there is quite literally a science to this. Every single thing you do (or don’t do), is a variable that affects your climbing performance in some way. “SENDOLOGY”, refers to the science of “sending”, or completing boulder problems/rock climbs.
There is no “one size fits all” approach to high level climbing progression, everyone is different and what works for me, may not work for you.
Things like Sleep, Diet, Mood & Mental State affect your climbing WAY more than you might realize.
The #1 way to get better at climbing, is to climb more. Additional training can be very beneficial, but should always be done cautiously-
